The dawn brings with it a new day
And yet the mind shrouded by her image.
The very second the eye opens there she is lingering in my mind
Not able to forget that smile on her face
As the darkness is pierced by a ray of light
It is as so when I see her
Always bringing happiness to my heart
As I talk to her, my heart gives a little smile for I dare not show it to her
Like a dream it was when I spent time with her
Each time she laughed was a self achievement within me
Her actions have left me searching for her.
As we part at the end of the day,
The happiness stays on but the sense of sadness creeps in slowly.
For it seems impossible…..
As the night settles, I lay in bed trying to sleep
But only to find my mind to be shrouded again with her image when dawn reaches again.
